Meditations are one of the best ways to get back your balance. I love to use a Tuning fork to clear and change the frequency before starting my meditations. I then focus on my breathing and allow the feeling of breathing to be my only focus as I breath in and out. I don't rock I just sit in a natural pose, relax and breath.
